Cancellation Policy
You will receive a text reminder of your appointment 2 weeks in advance. From 417-319-6503, our business number.
As of 11/25/2022 you will have 24 hours from the time your “Two Week Reminder” is sent, to respond directly to that text message, to cancel -your appointment. Please refrain from requesting a cancellation any other way - texting/calling 417-319-6503 is the only way to cancel/reschedule your appointment moving forward.
If you request to cancel/reschedule or adjust the services scheduled for your appointment beyond that 24 hour window - you will be asked to pay full price for your originally booked appointment before you may book your next appointment.
If you know you have an upcoming appointment, but do not remember when - please visit my booking website and be sure the date AND SERVICES work with your schedule and budget. If it does not, please contact us ASAP. We do accept some flexible payment options such as Affirm and ZipPay*.
*If you do plan to utilize Affirm and ZipPay - please reach out to us at 417-319-6503. We do require proof of pre-approval prior to your appointment time.
